If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please discontinue using this website and our referral services immediately.
2. Independent Referral Dispatch Service Model
Roof Expert USA operates strictly as an independent advertising and emergency referral dispatch coordination network. We are NOT a direct construction contractor, do not maintain a physical roofing workforce, and do not perform physical roof repairs, inspections, or tarping ourselves.
Our role is solely to receive inbound telephone inquiries from property owners and connect them with independent third-party roofing contractors who maintain active registration certificates with the Iowa Division of Labor. Any contractual agreement, warranty, pricing schedule, or physical roofing service is entered into directly and exclusively between the property owner and the independent roofing contractor.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship & Limitation of Liability
All third-party roofing contractors in our referral network are autonomous business entities and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal agents of Roof Expert USA. Roof Expert USA exercises no direct control over the means, methods, techniques, or physical labor executed by independent contractors on site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Iowa law, Roof Expert USA disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any independent contractor dispatched to your property. Property owners are encouraged to inspect contractor credentials, verify proof of insurance, and review written service proposals prior to authorizing physical work.
